Zane – Shame on it All

Synopsis:

Harmony, Bryce, and Lucinda (a.k.a. Lucky) Whitfield are sisters in every sense of the word. They argue and get on each other’s nerves, but when it comes down to the wire they are extremely protective of one another. Shame on It All follows their adventures, friendships, and love lives — which are jam-packed with unpredictable, downright crazy situations. With a few surprising twists thrown in for good measure, Shame on It All is as wild as they come.

The Review:

This book was terrible to me and is a good example of why I do not like Zane’s writing. Her attempt to actually have a plot in this book failed miserably. One of the worst parts of this book was the awful dialogue. It sounded like a bunch of older women who were trying to be “down” and sound hip and cool. It was just awful. And this may be a spoiler but this woman put fictional advertisements in the book. I thought that was just a hot mess. The characters were just not doing it for me either. I just would not recommend this book to anyone and I’d give it a 1 out of 5 star rating.
